Who we are?

We are Ainara, Charo and Claudia and together we form the team of Inmobiliaria Somera. Each one of us is specialised in one area, Ainara in rentals, Charo in sales and Claudia is the legal support of the team.

Inmobiliaria Somera is a company that was founded in 2000 and, since then, we have been dedicated mainly to the management and real estate intermediation in all types of real estate in the area. Casco Viejo de Bilbao.

Our experience in the sector allows us to help and save our clients money and trouble.

Where can you find us?

Inmobiliaria Somera is located at number 25 Somera Street, the oldest street in the Old Town of Bilbao. The office is located about halfway down the street between the two cantons.

We will be able to attend you from 9:00h to 14:00h and from 16:00h to 19:00h.

Ainara Baños

Commercial advisor for rental of apartments and commercial premises in the Casco Viejo, Ibaiondo, Santutxu and Uribarri areas of Bilbao. Previously Ainara has worked in business administration and real estate consultancy. Ainara is a senior technician in administration and finance since 2004.

Claudia Peña

Commercial advisor for the sale of premises and apartments in Casco Viejo, Ibaiondo and Uribarri. Claudia is also a practicing lawyer specialized in real estate law since 2016. Previously Claudia has worked in medium-sized law firms in the area of restructuring and solvency.

Charo Esteban

Commercial advisor for the sale of premises and apartments in Casco Viejo, Bilbao la Vieja, San Francisco, Irala and San Adrián. Charo has great experience in the real estate sector. Previously Charo has worked in the real estate sector in new construction and new building. Charo has a degree in tourism and speaks English.
